Fit Beyond Metrics (“FBM,” “we”) treats body-composition information as private. We collect only what we need to run appointments, communicate with you, and improve the service.

What we collect

Contact details you submit (name, email, phone, messages), appointment information from our HubSpot scheduler, partner inquiries submitted on this website, and the body-composition results from your scan.

How we use it

To schedule and run scans, review results with you, follow up on progress scans, respond to partner inquiries, and operate the website. We do not sell your information. We do not share scan results with a coach or referral partner unless you ask us to.

Processors

HubSpot (appointment scheduling, CRM, and the partner inquiry form) and Netlify (hosting). Each provider processes data under its own terms. Analytics may be added later; if so, this page will be updated.

Retention

We keep scan records and contact details as long as needed to serve repeat testing and legitimate business records, then delete or archive them when they are no longer needed.

Your requests

Email hello@fbmtrx.com to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, or to ask us not to use your contact details for follow-up.
